Refund policy

We understand that you may not be happy with your purchase. Therefore we will accept returns up to 3 days after your order is marked delivered by the shipping courier. Return cost will be at buyers expense and items must be marked "lodged" or "posted" within 7 days of a return being approved.

In order to commence a return, please contact us at fortunatefindsau@outlook.com so that we may assist you with your return and keep in touch along the way!

All returns incur a $15 fee plus 10% admin and restocking fee. Returns will be credited by way of store credit only. 

In the case of faulty items, please send as many pictures and videos as possible to fortunatefindsau@outlook.com and we will assist you immediately to rectify with new product, refund or return - whichever is deemed necessary to help resolve any faulty item issues.

PLEASE NOTE: No returns will be accepted for damaged boxes/ OG boxes or packaging. Faulty returns will only be assessed on the actual item itself.
